They were awe-struck as they explored the spacecrafts up-close at the Kennedy Space Center in Orlando, Florida. In addition to their space exploration adventure, the trip also featured visits to major landmarks such as the Statue of Liberty, Times Square, and Madame Tussauds in New York. Students toured prestigious academic institutions like the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Harvard University in Boston, where they gained insight into cutting-edge research and innovation. And of course, no trip to the U.S. would be complete without a visit to Disney World, where students enjoyed hours of fun and excitement.

Field Trip – Junior School

Field trips are an essential extension of classroom learning, and our junior school students from Nursery to Grade 4 actively participate in visits to various significant places within the city. These excursions are thoughtfully curated to provide hands-on experiences that enrich their understanding of the world around them.

For instance, a visit to the Museum of Natural History allows students to explore fascinating exhibits on biodiversity, prehistoric life, and environmental conservation. At the Regional Science Center, interactive exhibits and experiments spark curiosity, nurturing a love for discovery and innovation.

A trip to the supermarket helps students learn about budgeting, pricing, and the concept of supply and demand. Similarly, a visit to the fire station brings lessons on safety to life, as students observe firefighters’ equipment, learn about fire prevention, and understand the importance of community helpers.

Our visit to the dog shelter instills compassion and responsibility, connecting with lessons on empathy and environmental care. These trips not only broaden students' horizons but also develop their observational and critical thinking skills. Through these immersive experiences, we aim to provide a practical dimension to classroom learning, fostering holistic development and lifelong curiosity.
